1. Can I get a rough estimate for my requirement first?
Yes you are welcome to discuss with us your requirement for a rough estimate and if you have all your requirements worked out then we can even give the exact estimate.

2.Can i get some references about your previous work?
It will be our pleasure to provide you references and their contact information.

3. How do you calcualte the development cost of the project?
We calculate the cost of any project in terms of total number of hours required for this and the skill level required for different task in the project.

4. What are your payment terms?
We take 50% at the start of the project and 50% at the completion of the project.

5. How do you communicate during the course of development?
We keep you informed regularly about the progress of your project. For websites you can see the current state of your site online even from the start.We will assign one person during the project who will regularly keep in touch with you and you can give any instructions which will be followed immediatley.

6.Can you assure of confidentiality and sign a NDA(non-disclosure agreement)?
Yes we are an outsourcing firm and most of the time we are working for software developmnet and web desing firms in the US. We uderstand the responsibility of signing the NDA and most of our projects come under this category.

7.Do you have any standard contracts? May i propose my own conditions?
Yes we have development contracts for software and web development and we are very flexible about the clauses which may be altered if you are not comfortable with any of it.

8.Who owns the code, artwork and other copyright after the completion of the project?
All the content, artwork, code is your property after the completion of the project and we mention this in the contract.

9.We are a web design/software development firm and we want you to work with our clients without appearing as a different firm. Can you do this?
Yes we have worked in this manner. You just create an email ID for us at your site and we can communicate with your client through this email address while working on their project.
